Untreated (–) and treated (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 μg) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with beta Catenin (phospho Ser33/Ser37/Thr41) antibody (GTX132605) diluted at 1:500.
